She has lived an eventful life dedicated to exploring the Arabian world and to support the needy in this turbulent region. This web-site provides an overview of her life and the charitable projects she was involved in. The most note-worthy are the ‘Caravan for Cancer’ and the ‘Caravan of Hope’. The former was a walk of some 2000 km from Damascus, Syria to Tehran in Iran. The Caravan of Hope was a walk twice as long, taking seven months from Tehran to Muscat in the Sultante of Oman and back again to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
